We strive to getting you your goodies quickly.

We'll aim to ship everything as soon as we can in 2-7 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) our handling times may increase by a day or two as we try to get through everything. We'll do our very best to get everything out the door as quickly as possible, but if you have any concerns or questions please contact us and we'll do everything we can to assist.

Order in Australia

Our delivery fees are a flat AU$9 for orders up to AU$60 within Australia.

For orders AU$60 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions.

Under normal circumstances (after your order is dispatched):

Same state: 2–5 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–7 business days
In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order.

International Orders

International shipments are marked as merchandise and prices marked as retail.

✩ Please Note: Any customs charges or duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

Please familiarise yourself with what duties you may be liable to pay to clear your package through customs in your country of residence, as Adopted Royal Creation will not be liable for these charges. Thank you for your understanding.

We've extended our partnership with Australia Post for all International Orders.

Our delivery fees are a flat AU$24 for orders up to AU$150 for international orders.

For orders AU$150 or over (excluding shipping) worldwide shipping is free.

Delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions.

Under normal circumstances (after your order is dispatched):

Most countries: 2 weeks to 4 weeks
It may take up to 6 to 8 weeks due to limited airline capacity.

Missing Orders

If your package was marked as delivered, but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbours or apartment office first. Most of the time it's just a delivery error. For our supporters in Australia: please refer to the Australia Post here, before reaching out to us because they'll know more than we do.

We do our best to make sure every order is packed correctly, but mistakes can happen (afterall we are only human!).

Please report any missing or non delivered parcels to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally via email, and we will get it taken care of.

Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
