Handmade and Hand-finished Products​

Enamel pins and keychains are made from die-struck iron metal or zinc alloy, electroplated, and optional epoxy coating. The metal of each product is sanded and polished by hand. Each enamel colours is filled in by hand with small syringes.

Every effort is made to ensure that the products created correspond as closely as possible to the items displayed online, but due to the handmade and hand-finished nature of enamel pins & keychains, there might be slight variations and minor flaws*.

*include but not limited to micro-bubbles, slight uneven coating, minor scratches, minor bumps & rough edges etc.

We will not accept returns or exchange items based on variations and minor flaws that are a result of the item being handmade or hand-finished.

Colour

It is in our utmost effort to ensure that the colours of the products are taken true to its colours. However, the product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture(s) due to the nature of our product(s) being handmade/ hand-finished, or many variations in monitors, screens & browsers which are not all calibrated equally, and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. It is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers & phones or tablets, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual products.

Hardware

Our hardware is made of zinc alloy or iron metal. It comes in gold, silver, black, copper, rose gold, and are electroplated on. Once the electroplating wears off, usually from rough usage - hardware being dragged on rough surface, it is prone to rusting / tarnishing. 

Our hardware are not able to withstand any force or pulling.

Please inspect our hardware from time to time for signs of wear and tear or loose openings before each use to ensure they do not get lost. We will not be responsible for lost items.
